As a user of the GDMS External Collaboration System, I acknowledge my responsibility to comply with the following GDMS conditions.

  • I will not attempt to access information on applications or team sites, to which I have not been specifically granted access.
  • I agree to prevent others from using my individual account, access, privileges, and passwords.
  • Abuse or misuse of my access, or privileges for any personal or private gains, or any compromise of the External Collaboration System to which I am granted access is prohibited.
  • I shall comply with all contractual agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • GDMS may remove my access at any time, without cause.
  • I agree that my obligations of confidentiality will continue after such termination.
  • I shall comply with all U.S. laws and regulations controlling the export and/or import of commercial and military products and technology.
  • Storage and distribution of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) shall be in accordance with U.S. laws and regulations, contract requirements, data rights, Federal Acquisition Regulation, Securities and Exchange Commission and Export license.
  • I confirm that I completed security awareness training that complies with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-171 “Protecting Controlled Unclassified Information in Nonfederal Information Systems and Organizations” within the past 12 months. Upon request, I will provide documentation to GDMS to validate that I have completed the required security awareness training.
  • My online activities may be monitored and audited. I acknowledge that I have no expectation of privacy within the External Collaboration System.
  • At any time, and without prior notice, GDMS reserves the right to examine the contents within the External Collaboration System.
  • Any GDMS data will be stored using federal information processing standard (FIPS) 140-2 compliant (US Government standard) AES encryption (i.e.: WinZip 10 or above and selecting encryption setting of 128-bit minimum).
  • I agree not to store GDMS information on personally owned devices or other unauthorized system.
  • GDMS data (Proprietary, Private, Confidential, or Financial Data) cannot be emailed to public email accounts (i.e.: Hotmail, Gmail, yahoo, etc.).
  • I understand that if I am found to have violated the terms of this Agreement, or otherwise compromised GDMS' data, my access to the External Collaboration System will be immediately terminated with notification to my sponsor.
